To make your selections, please click ‘add to order form’ next to our Heart Keepsake products. This will place your items on a customized form that you will be able to print and mail in with your flowers, and/or ribbon and payment.

Although fresh petals are preferred, any type, color or age of flower is acceptable. Heart Keepsakes cannot work with velvet, metallic fabric, leather or some forms of polyester. Please contact us if you have questions about your materials.

Each order should be accompanied by:

• Flower petals, ribbon or cloth.
• An order form printed from this web site.
• A check or money order made out to Heart Keepsakes. Please include $4.00 for shipping and handling charges. Please note: Only US Money Orders are acceptable for payment of International orders.

When sending flowers, pull petals from the flower and place them loosely in a single shipping box. Different petal colors and types can be shipped together. Please do not place plastic, tissue or other packing materials in the box. Ribbon and cloth may be placed in the box with your petals.

You may order different sizes of necklaces and bracelets without any additional charges, please state this on the order form once you have printed it from this site.
